PTFE is a high-performance engineering plastics.It has superior chemical stability, the ability of the strong base strong acid corrosion;excellent thermal stability, there is broad scope;excellent weather resistance,antiaging & strong ultraviolet light;unique & excellent nonsticky Of the self-lubricating;low coefficient of friction is a good solid lubrication materials.
PTFE plate full play to its inherent performance & successfully applied to a bridge bearing skateboard.PTFE due to the great melting viscosity&melting in the state still maintains it's original shape,it can only PTFE powder similar to the method of forming:premolded shape, sintering,the composition of the three-step cooling.The method of forming the most important is to determine the shape of the cold pressure&the sintering conditions. We are have different brands of PTFE raw materials,the development of different conditions to produce sheet metal to meet the performance requirements support the use of skateboards.
If customers request a special performance of the PTFE board, the company also can be modified PTFE board design and formulation of new production technology, production in line with the needs of users of modified PTFE board.
